Build Your Future in Fire Protection

Join a growing team of fire protection professionals. We invest in our people with paid training, NICET certification support, competitive benefits, and clear advancement paths.

Why M&L

A Trade Worth Staying In

Fire protection is skilled work with real stakes, and it pays like it. You do not need a degree or prior experience to start — you need to show up, work safe, and want to get good at something.

We hire helpers with no background in the trade and train them into fitters, foremen, and project managers. The people running our jobs today mostly started that way.

Apprenticeship

Paid on-the-job training with experienced sprinkler fitters. Earn while you learn the trade.

NICET Support

Company-sponsored certification at every level, including study time and exam fees.

Free Healthcare

Company-paid medical coverage.

Growth Path

Clear advancement from helper to fitter to foreman to project manager.

Steady Work

A full backlog across three states — not a season on, a season off.

Real Safety Culture

Documented training, proper equipment, and a stop-work authority that actually means it.
